"Learn as if you were going to live forever, live as if you were going to die today." About Me: I was born in Serbia, which was a part of the former Yugoslavia. My family and I came to the United States as refugees when I was three years old. My parents did a lot for our family and that has made me forever grateful to them and it has also made me grateful to have the opportunity to improve myself with the higher education that is offered to me at SLCC and also at the University of Utah, which is where I plan on transferring to further better my education. My Plans at SLCC: The opportunity I received in high school have helped me with my path at SLCC. I took a full semester's worth of concurrent enrollment credits in high school and that has made it easier for me to have a flexible schedule at SLCC. My plan is to finish in two years with my general education credits and also obtain a two-year associate of science in the area of architecture before I transfer to the U of U to further work on a bachelor's and master's in architecture. |
